  1. Products and Pricing. All Products or services listed on the Website are subject is changeable. Product information, pricing, and availability can be change any time without any notice. You can not complain for this issue after placing order.
  2. Though we try to average all the product price, some products price can be vary for different size.
  3. We don't provide any guarantee for the longevity of our products since it varies based on usage and users.
  4. Print area ratio to t-shirt and color can slightly vary from the virtual pictures provided in the page.



  • Orders

  1. Provide actual information while submitting your order. You are solely responsible for your information. Wrong information can create problem at the time of delivery.
  2. After submitting your order, you will get a Order ID. This Order ID will be needed at time of Bkash or Nagad payment, verifying your payment and delivery.
  3. INGENIOUS authority reserve the of cancelling your order any time for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  4. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  5. We will you not confirm your payment until you pay your money(This option is only eligible for Bkash and Nagad payment)



  • Payment Terms

  1. For each Product you order on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product when you have submitted your order (“Product Price”), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select (“Delivery Fees”). All payments are non-refundable.
  2. We provide two payment method. 1. Payment on Bkash or Nagad. 2. Payment on delivery.
  3. For Bkash or Nagad payment, send the money after placing order. You will need your Order ID as your reference code. Your Order ID will appear after order.


  • Modifying and Canceling Orders

  1. You can cancel your order within 72 hour from your order by contacting us.
  2. Your order will not cancel if you ship your order to you.
  3. You can not modify your order such as you want to add some new product or cancel some product etc. after placing order.
  4. If you want to add or cancel your selected product after order you have to cancel your order and you need to place your order again.


  • Shipping

  1. Shipping Time: We try to deliver our product within 7 days from the confirmation date of order. Due to some issues it can be take upto 15 days to deliver.
  2. Shipping Cost: We deliver our product in a flat rate. So, It is same for all area.


  • Return & Refund Policy

  1. If there is any problem with purchased products, let us know within 24 hours and we will resolve them as soon as possible. We won't take any complaints after 24 hours of delivery.
  2. By problem here, it is meant any defects or discrepancy from mentioned size chart. Difference in perceived quality is not considered as problem. Contradictory claims are not qualified for any sort of exchange or return.
  3. Any mistake from the end of customer (i.e. mistake in size) won't be eligible for exchange via home delivery. Customer can come to our store to exchange that provided the product is undamaged.
  4. Return of any product will charge 10% of your total price + delivery charge.
  5. Due to unavoidable circumstances, goods may be lost from the courier. In this regard, INGENIOUS will provide you refund fully.


  • Some Other Terms

  1. You can not copy or modify any kind of information of INGENIOUS.
  2. You can not make prank by placing fake order.
  3. You can't refuse your order after confirmation.
  4. You can not share any information without the permission of INGENIOUS.
