1. If there is any problem with purchased products, let us know within 24 hours and we will resolve them as soon as possible. We won't take any complaints after 24 hours of delivery.
  2. By problem here, it is meant any defects or discrepancy from mentioned size chart. Difference in perceived quality is not considered as problem. Contradictory claims are not qualified for any sort of exchange or return.
  3. Any mistake from the end of customer (i.e. mistake in size) won't be eligible for exchange via home delivery. Customer can come to our store to exchange that provided the product is undamaged.
  4. Return of any product will charge 10% of your total price + delivery charge.
  5. Due to unavoidable circumstances, goods may be lost from the courier. In this regard, INGENIOUS will provide you refund fully.
