Ans: Orders are shipped by courier.

  • How long does a delivery take to reach customers?

Ans: We try to deliver our product within 7 days from the confirmation date of order. Due to some issues it can be take upto 15 days to deliver.

  • Can I get the products from outside of Dhaka?

Ans: Yes you can. We deliver our products all over the Bangladesh.

  • What are your delivery charges?

Ans: It is ৳70. We deliver our product in a flat rate. SoIt is same for all area.

Ans: You will receive an Order ID. You can get information by mailing us with your order ID.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

Ans: All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated.  On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable , we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

Ans: Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is different from your giving address.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Ans: You can cancel your order within 72 hour from your order by contacting us. Your order will not cancel if you ship your order to you.

  • I would like to change my order. What should I do?
Ans: You can not modify your order such as you want to add some new product or cancel some product etc. after placing order. If you want to add or cancel your selected product after order you have to cancel your order and you need to place your order again.

  • How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

Ans: You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.
